After undergoing profound positive transformation, Cheltenham wanted to create a video for two purposes: 1) to encourage their community to invest in tomorrow’s future and 2) to win a grant from AT&T and City Year for further school funding.

Red Door worked to understand and define the purpose behind the video for Cheltenham. Through a collaborative process, Red Door chose to focus on the phrase “We Are Becoming” and pitched a video concept depicting a “student of today” becoming a working, productive “professional of tomorrow”. Red Door partnered with the community of Denver to utilize a downtown corporate space, the local police department, and feature a special appearance by Denver Bronco’s Brandon Marshall who spoke on his own investment in the community.
