Learn how Red Door partnered with Cheltenham Elementary to tell their transformation story
After undergoing profound positive transformation, Cheltenham wanted to create a video for two purposes: 1) to encourage their community to invest in tomorrow’s future and 2) to win a grant from AT&T and City Year for further school funding.
Red Door worked to understand and define the purpose behind the video for Cheltenham. Through a collaborative process, Red Door chose to focus on the phrase “We Are Becoming” and pitched a video concept depicting a “student of today” becoming a working, productive “professional of tomorrow”. Red Door partnered with the community of Denver to utilize a downtown corporate space, the local police department, and feature a special appearance by Denver Bronco’s Brandon Marshall who spoke on his own investment in the community.
Cheltenham won the grant from City Year to revitalize their school and engaged their community in the process.
